In the world of「MetaCityM」, Land is the starting point for the development of the game and plays a very important role. We all know that once NFTs are forged from smart contracts, players tend to evaluate their worth and potential value depending on various different factors. These factors could include project reputation, expectations, and level of trust in their creators. MetaCity M takes player experience into consideration seriously. Therefore, aside from the OG land sale price from January 2022’s 1st presale, every other limited edition NFT created and sold through official channels, regardless if it’s land, property, real estate appearance, or any other item, shall have their sale price remain uniformed and separate from other primary or secondary market floor or sale price. In other words, it wouldn’t matter how high prices shoot up in other markets, NFTs sold from official channels will not have their prices altered. We will also occasionally collect, recycle, and retire land and item NFTs that have below average performances on the market. The recycled items will not be sold again or added to sales units, although recycled land will return under official system possession for rent purposes.
「MetaCity M」property refers to the buildings you can make in game - these are divided into four categories: Personal Property, Property Appearance, Professional Stores, and Commercial Stores. Every property has its own unique interior and exterior space and design options.
Personal Property is the main indicator of progress in-game, and the main construction aim for most players in MetaCity M. Housing, specifically constructions on top of land, can be moved in-game but is not transferable. After entering the game, the player can follow the task guide to gather and craft materials to build your first land-based house property. The construction level of individual real estate is divided into the “house stage" (that everyone can build), "apartment stage" (Only for NFT-owned land, additionally a reconstruction license and a lot of resources are required, and the number of floors and apartments constructed are all properties independent of one another), "Building stage" (Only for NFT land, only for first tier cities, additionally reconstruction licenses and a lot of resources are required, and the number of floors and rooms constructed are all properties independent of one another), and each stage is divided into five levels. As long as each property level meets the construction conditions such as the number of materials and the requirements for occupational or skilled manpower, the property can be upgraded and rebuilt. Naturally, this only changes the appearance of your house, but the instrinsic value and level of your house is purely dependent on your progress in upgrading it. Professional Stores: A professional store is a kind of personal property that players can open in MetaCityM afer hitting a certain level in a life skill. Through a professional store, players can develop an all-new skill tree, which relates to how players want to develop, or what products and services they'd like to create. For example, a automotive professional store might allow players to develop their skills to make automobiles such as vans, sports cars, or locomotives. Skill trees can be reset, however the items consumed to level up will not be refunded. Any item produced by a professional store can be sold on the store and in-game auction house for currency (Local sales will be subject to town/city taxes, whereas Auction House sales will be charged an addition system-wide sales tax of 10%)
「Commercial Store」: "Professional stores" and "Commercial stores" "professional store" offer MetaCity M players a diversity in their development choices, which can be made across multiple areas and pieces of land. Players can purchase more land to open more stores, or alternatively, can rent land from the system, or from other players, and place their store on top of it. A commercial store refers to businesses players can open on indoor premises, such as a shop, exhibition hall, concert venue, or even a bar. Players can choose to charge entry fees, or sell consumable or non-consumable items inside - game content such as cars, fashion, furniture etc. All transactions are made in diamonds, the in-game currency that can be exchanged for value in MetaCity M.
For sale in commercial stores:
01. In-game props: Props that form a part of the game contant, such as cars, clothes, furniture and more. Another example is, a well-known sports brand joins MetaCity M and opens a virtual store in-game, and the store sells branded clothes, shoes, hats...etc that can be used in-game.
02. Real World Items: Players can list real items on the official shopping cart web page system, and make purchases in an in-game commercial store, so that other players can directly do real-life shopping in your metaverse commercial store in "MetaCityM", and then arrange the delivery of real life goods to the home of the purchaser.
Not related to outdoor appearance size, houses will be much bigger on the inside. The aim of this piece of game design is to allow players, even at low levels, to get creative with the interior of their houses.
You can create your own interior design in MetaCity M with various window styles! From huge windows to ceiling windows, there's plenty to choose from. Changing your window changes the view from your house!
Apart from interior design, every house will have a terrace that will be a near 1:1 ratio between the indoor and outdoors. Additionally, the view outside the house is independent to the interior and can freely be changed and updated depending on each players taste. Whether it’s at he top of a mountain, at the seaside, or in a high rise building, change your home according to your mood at any time.
《MetaCity M》is a platform style game world. In this open world game, players may possess personal property, life skills, socialize, and trade resources with each other. Dynamic content has always been an important key component when we built this metaverse world. MetaCity M will include multiple individual game system tandems. Players may be able to go racing during lunch and enter a ranked RPG world at 3pm in the afternoon. During regular hours, mini games and horse racing will be open in casinos. Players may even attend time-limited special events and games on certain festivals! Players will be able to receive a diverse array of items and rewards upon activity completions and rankings!
Players may see lots of interactive electronic advertising boards in towns and on buildings in MetaCity M. Some may present themselves as running texts or videos. While still categorized as traditional display ads (Unable to click, open links at the moment), we’ve succeeded in allowing players to interact with these ads through immersing themselves and experiencing them in various futuristic forms such as 3D advertising, holographic projection, and electronic glass display in a multitude of ways. Public Buildings and Public Environment Billboards :
Refers to all public buildings and publicly displayed billboards on building interior and exterior. Fixed in location and displays from time and time. They can be of different sizes and media formats (image,video, text). Players may access the advertising system through the official website and choose their desired region, township, time, frequency, media format (size, type) to tailor their advertising operation after having their ad content reviewed.
Personal Property Advertisement Display :
Refers to player freedom to “actively” choose if they wish to activate the advertising display feature. Players may decide on whether they want to display ads on their own building’s exterior and/or interior or on some of their furniture and decorations (parts of the windows, mirrors, wallpapers, albums, painting frames, televisions, refrigerators…etc). They may choose to activate, turn off, or take down a display feature. Once activated, displayed locations will start showing registered ads in varying frequency (If your current location has been system-designated as advertisement showcasing area). The system will appropriate a weekly payment (currency, top up in game to exchange for diamonds) to your in-game character according to the number of times your ad shows on display. Therefore, personal property advertising activation does not mean players can display their own ads. Instead, all ads displayed must be reviewed through the official website ad review system.
Players may choose “profession change’ upon reaching certain designated levels with their specialized skills. Going professional means that players may proceed further in depth with skills such as “professional manufacturing”, ”professional resource gathering”, “professional skill tree”, “professional shop”. Every profession may create demands and products different from other professions, or assist other players on manufacturing and building things (in other words, the passive need for “employing other players”). Players may even develop a secondary profession after reaching certain levels with their primary profession so their gameplay will not be limited.
On the other hand, player profession progression will affect their ability to open professional shops as well. Professional shops possess an individual creation development skill tree. Every choice the player makes in the skill tree will result in different blueprints and products becoming available for creation, therefore even players in the same profession will have significant alterations in their products manufactured. (E.g. The vehicle manufacturing skill tree contains choice specializations of “sedans”, “SUVs”, “Sports coupes”,“motorbikes”...etc)
MetaCity M features a huge, seamless world map. Explore the vast territory inside of towns, and discover the vast land size of the world for you to go out adventuring on. Transportation is a crucial aspect of MetaCity M, of which there are 3 types: Land, Air, and Interplanetary (Ocean movement has not opened up yet)

02. Player-owned means of transportation （Cars, motorcycles…) is also true movement across the map.
03. Railways - instant movement between towns, point to point slow travel. Get into a simulated train carriage, and after the waiting time ends, you can exit the carriage at your destination.
04. High speed rail, 1st class city to first class city. A point to point speedier transport option. Like a regular train, hop on the carriage, wait in the simulated environment, then alight at your destination.
01. Small planes: Small towns, after evolving to 2nd tier cities, can use small airplanes for quick point to point movement. For small planes, get in the plane, and wait in the simulated plane environment until time is up, and alight at your destination.
02.Large planes - Tier 1 cities can have high speed point to point worldwide flights. The fastest form of air travel, board the plane and enter the simulated environment for a shorter period of time, then alight at your destination.
01. Space Stations - Tier 1 cities have high speed point to point spacecraft, enter the spacecraft and the interior simulated environment, and after the set amount of time has passed alight the spacecraft at your destination.
When players enter MetaCity M for the first time, they will be asked to create their own character. MetaCity M features a comprehensive character creation tool that allows players to get creative with their character designs, with options for gender, face, facial features, skin color, and hairstyles - multicultural options are included! Currently, there are more than 1000 different possible combinations to choose!
At the beginning, only a few default options will be available in terms of clothing. That's where the fun starts - create, buy, and design your own head wear, tops, shoes and more from thousands of choices. Many well-known international brands are also scheduled to appear in MetaCity M, that can be earned in-game, allowing players to change their fashion as often as they like!
One of the most unique parts of the MetaCity M fashion options is the ‘Full Character Transformation’, which allows players to totally change their existing character model and transform into another premade appearance type. In order to give MetaCity M a true feeling of interaction between the metaverse and reality, the creators of MetaCity M have begun negotiations and obtained special IP characters and items from various famous animations, games, movies, and brands, so that players can experience true variety in their gameplay and can choose their real favorite brands and characters without compromise.
In the world of MetaCity M, there are no character levels, only life skill levels - Logging, mining, planting, hunting, fishing, cooking, smelting, parts processing, weaving, and more - are the core of MCM's gameplay design and show a player's progress in those areas. By mastering your life skills, unique and special items desirable to other players can be created and traded! A core element of the gameplay experience are your professional choices and creations.
Every life skill can be leveled up through methods such as gathering resources, manufacturing materials, and building constructions. Every level will include “executable once level reached” or “learning requires additional blueprint” (Blueprints can be acquired through gathering materials, hunting, missions, and events) skill contents. All skills can be leveled to a maximum level of XX. Skills learned before reaching level YY are available to every player, however, skills can only be progressed after level YY through specialization. Life skill choices between players may differ because of different specializations, gathered blueprints, and manufactured materials. Each player will also have different capabilities regarding different skill sets due to their personal skill tree progression. Therefore, players will eventually require help from other players and in-game trading markets upon reaching certain life skill levels in order to continue successful personal and township development.
Mid to high tier manufacturing and construction not only requires materials but also “employing other players.” For example: To manufacture high tier clothing, a player will need another player with the textile creation life skill at a level of 25 or above to assist in clothing production. Players may ask for help through system provided chat channels. However, help acquired from this method will require the currency “diamond” as payment to employed players. Players employed by other players will receive only a salary and declare themselves employed by other players for manufacturing and construction purposes, although their characters and general gameplay will not be affected.
Every planet can be viewed as a completely different world. MetaCity M will increase or decrease the number of planets depending on player population. Generally, for player convenience, every planet will have landmass and oceans modeled after Earth’s geography. Of course, “items”, “resources”, and “features” will be balanced and equal between each planet. However, local geography, plant life, and high tier mineral distribution will vary. Players may travel from planet to planet via space stations found in tier one cities or attending planet-limited special events/missions.
We see NFTs as tools for “safeguarding virtual assets” and “cross-boundary transferrals”, not shortcuts to potential lucrative futures. Therefore there is no question regarding “should we create NFTs” for MetaCity M.
To ensure players’ virtual assets retain “cross-boundary” transfer (transfering between metaverse) capabilities, nearly all items (excluding crafting materials, personal game progress items such as leveled up properties, rented assets, currencies, consumable materials, and half of a planet’s land which are already NFTs) can be turned into NFTs by players via the Web end. These items could be property exterior appearances, outfits, character appearances, furniture, pets, personal vehicles, and private aircrafts…etc. Creating NFTs will cost MetaCoin. This means players can freely choose whether they want their in-game items to become NFTs or not. This gameplay model differs greatly from other Game-Fi orientated play-to-earn, investment-like blockchain game content. In MetaCity M, regardless if you decide to turn your items into NFTs, the only effect your decision will have is the method of trade/transfer, while your gaming experience and progress will remain largely the same.
NFTs created through our official website’s decentralized smart contract, whether by MetaCity M official or players, will automatically activate NFT item additional attributes. There will be 1~5 random values, varying levels attribute additions, providing a small boost in various performances such as resource gathering, crafting, production speed…etc. These attributes may also be modified by using “value gems” in game (gems are limited in total amount). Items turned into NFTs may also receive a special “N” icon label.
《MetaCity M》differs from regular games in the item-transferring process. Once forged into NFTs, items can only be transferred through transactions made on primary markets (official trade market) or secondary markets (OpenSea) on the web. Please be aware that whenever players decide to sell their NFT items on any markets on the web, they must first move their items from their in-game bag to their NFT-item vault. Then they need to assign the vault holding their chosen item an item-trade unlock status on the web. Players can only then be able to sell their items on the web. All items (non-binded items may be sold on markets) created by players through gathering resources, crafting, and building are personal virtual assets. These virtual assets can be sold on markets (except personal progression assets e.g. real estates). However, they will be categorized as either “in-game market trades” or “web end market trades” depending on the item type (Whether or not they’ve been forged into NFT items).

Almost everything created by players or the system through resource gathering and crafting (excludes personal properties) can be sold on the system's markets. The currency used is “diamond” (premium currency that can be purchased)

01. Property construction rights: Landlords can redevelop their properties, from houses to apartments, or even to other kinds of buildings. When the redevelopment is complete, your land could even hold multiple properties to be sold or leased to other players – but tenants do not have any such choice for the land they rent.

Land Investor Certificate NFT holders enjoy a proportionate share of rental income from rent earned by the game system from official land, according to the amount the tenant pays in rent. Holders of Land Investor Certificate NFTs can enjoy rental income in MetaCityM without needing to buy their own piece of land. Upon purchasing a Land Investor Certificate NFT, and connecting your virtual wallet to your Gama in-game account, place your NFT in the official game warehouse. While the NFT is linked to the game, enjoy all the in-game benefits of the Land Investor Certificate NFT. Profit made from the Land Investor NFT varies according to the corresponding land level, city level, local tax rate, inflation rate (planetary), and of course whether or not the related piece of game-owned land has a paying tenant or not.

Gamamobi will launch virtual currency “Gama Coin” on WEB3 platform before《MetaCity M》goes online in 2022/Q3. This virtual currency will be a general-purpose currency for games developed by Gamamobi. Players may proceed with transactions of platform currency (Gama Coin) and game currencies (Meta Coin) on WEB3 trade platforms. Because Gama Coin is Gamamobi’s general-purpose currency, players may rest easy knowing their virtual possessions and assets will not be affected should one game begin its product cycle’s decline. Players' personal assets will continue to maintain value and not lose any trans-boundary capabilities.
“Diamond”This is a premium currency that can only be purchased through the top-up system. Once players top up their “diamond”, they may spend the currency as payment for official shop purchases and/or in-game trading market (item trades between players).
